Bobbie’s Bargain Book returns – packed with over $1,500 in Fair Savings

Fairgoers can stretch their dollars even further this year with the return of Bobbie’s Bargain Book, now on sale for just $5 through the end of the day on Wednesday, August 21. The books can be purchased online at statefair.org or in person at the Nebraska Building Box Office on the fairgrounds.

From August 22 through September 1, during the 2025 Nebraska State Fair, the Bargain Book will be available at its regular $8 price. Each book contains more than $1,500 in valuable coupons, offering discounts from a wide variety of vendors and concessionaires across the fairgrounds, including midway fun with the Wade Shows Carnival.

Bobbie’s Bargain Book quickly became a hit for fairgoers looking to make the most of their visit at the fair. The savings add up quickly, with offers covering food, drinks, rides, and merchandise throughout the 11 days of the Fair.

“Bargain Books were new in 2024 and guests found them to be one of the best ways to experience the Fair affordably,” said Keaton Irwin, sales director at the Nebraska State Fair. “With just a $5 investment, you’re unlocking hundreds of dollars in potential savings. It’s a great value for families who want to try new things and, of course, for fair lovers who come out multiple days to explore, eat and shop.”

Fairgoers are encouraged to purchase early to secure the lowest price and start planning their money‐saving adventures in advance.

The 2025 Nebraska State Fair offers all fairgoers the chance to Showcase Your Fair Face, August 22 through September 1 at Fonner Park in Grand Island. The fair has drawn more than 4 million visitors to its home in Grand Island since 2010.
