Key Message #1: A High Wind Warning is in effect from Noon Tuesday to Noon Wednesday for the entire area. Winds gusting to 55-65 MPH are expected, with the strongest winds occurring Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night.
Key Message #2: A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the entire area from 3 PM Tuesday until 3 AM Wednesday.
Key Message #3: Light snow and strong winds will result in some locations experiencing near-blizzard conditions.
