Hitchcock County Remains Unbeaten

Trenton, NE - The Hitchcock County Falcons took on the Overton Eagles on Thursday night in High School Football.  It was a game that was a defensive battle all the way until the fourth quarter.  Hitchcock County would score the first points of the game in the first quarter to take an early lead, but Overton responded late in the second quarter to take the lead 7-6 heading into halftime.  

Neither team would score in the entire third quarter, but then the fourth quarter came where Hitchcock County would score three consecutive times to seal the win at home 28-7 and improve to 4-0 on the year and Overton would slip to 2-2.  Head Coach Randall Rath Postgame interview found below.

Next action for Hitchcock County will be Friday, September 26th at Bertrand.  Overton will host Maywood-Hayes Center next Friday.
