McCook Community College Basketball Media Days

McCook Community College hosted Men and Women's Basketball Media Days this week.  MCC Women's Basketball team finished last season 17-15 overall.  MCC Women open the season on Saturday, October 5th with Denver Juco Jamboree and Gillette College. On Sunday, October 20th will be the Mid-America Showcase.  On Wednesday, October 23rd at Hastings College before starting the season on November 5th against North Platte Community College.

Meanwhile the MCC Men's Basketball team finished last season 11-21 overall.  This season will be a new coaching staff as Dillon Hargrove takes over the program from Jacob Brandl who moved on to be the Head Men's Basketball Coach at North Platte Community College.  MCC Men ope the season with a JUCO Advocate Jamboree in Norman, OK against Western Texas College, then scrimmage Lee College both game on Sunday, October 6th.  MCC starts the season on Friday, November 1st at Cheyenne, Wyoming against Laramie County and then on Saturday, November 2nd against Eastern Wyoming.
